Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with data governance and data quality tools (Atlan, DQ Labs, Monte Carlo).
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with data catalogs, lineage, and metadata management.
• Experience with API integrations, Python scripting, and ETL frameworks.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh strategies and building data products.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Atlan for metadata management and governance workflows.
• Configure DQ Labs for data quality profiling and monitoring dashboards.
• Manage user roles, authentication, and security settings.
• Develop integrations between data sources, data lakes, and BI tools.
• Automate metadata ingestion and data quality checks.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Implement logging, alerting, and proactive monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).
