Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. seeks a Data Governance & Metadata/Catalog Consultant to architect and implement an enterprise-wide metadata management and governance framework in Atlanta. You'll establish metadata harvesting, end-to-end data lineage, glossaries, and classification systems across domains.

Lead stewardship workflows, drive data certification, and enable data discovery by collaborating with business owners and technical custodians to ensure trusted, compliant data assets.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating enterprise-wide data governance and data asset tracking.
• Experience configuring data catalogs, glossaries, and classification strategies across domains.
• Strong communication to bridge technical and business teams and drive governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy data catalog structures and glossaries to enable data discovery and ownership.
• Set up automated metadata harvesting schedules and build end-to-end data lineage models.
• Implement data classification to tag and protect sensitive data elements (PII, CDEs).
• Establish automated workflows for data stewardship, approvals, and data certification processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align metadata standards and governance policies.
