Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a deeply technical Manager, Data Governance to design and operationalize an enterprise governance program across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain data domains. You will implement tooling, instrument pipelines, and enforce standards at the platform level, collaborating with Security on AI governance and building controls for unified data governance.

Qualifications

6–10 years in data engineering, architecture, or analytics engineering with 3+ years in governance.
Hands-on experience deploying a data catalog and integrating with pipelines.
Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into platform controls.

Responsibilities

Build the governance framework: ownership models, contracts, SLAs, lineage standards.
Implement governance tooling and instrument data pipelines across domains.
Engineer data quality rules and integrate controls into CI/CD pipelines.
Define metadata management for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
Write and enforce data contracts across producers and consumers.
