You will set goals, manage execution, develop staff, and collaborate with Accounts Payable and other functions to drive master data improvements. The role emphasizes training custodians and creating awareness of data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required.
• 2 years data domain and business operations experience required; 4 years preferred.
• 2 years master data management and data tools experience required; 4 years preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience required; 2 years preferred.
• 1 year experience with finance functions, specifically Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Data Governance team, set goals, manage execution, and report on data quality metrics.
• Select, develop and evaluate staff; establish data lineage and promote data quality awareness.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to identify gaps and improve efficiencies in the master data process.
• Create, update and maintain training documents for custodians and business data creators.
