Qualifications

• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with business, technology, privacy, security, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop practical data governance strategies, implementation plans, training plans, communications, and adoption materials.
• Translate complex data governance concepts into plain language for varied audiences.
• Build trust with agency stakeholders and guide groups toward decisions and measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• AI Governance, Privacy, Risk, and Compliance Support: Integrate responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance into governance practices.
• Data Governance Strategy and Agency Engagement: Align activities to value, priorities, compliance, and state strategy.
• Data Governance Implementation Support: Assist agencies in using statewide tools, templates, and docs.
• Facilitation and Governance Meeting Support: Lead governance sessions and working groups.
• Change Management, Communications, and Marketing: Promote adoption through planned communications and campaigns.
