EITACIES Inc. seeks an Enterprise Data Governance Consultant / MidLevel Project Manager for a hybrid role in Nashville, TN. The candidate will support AI governance, privacy, risk, and compliance within data governance, coordinating with privacy, legal, and security teams.

Required are 4–6 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields, plus familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK and AI governance concepts. Training and change management skills are highly valued.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting data governance and related programs.
• Experience with regulated environments (government/public sector).
• Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK and related data management concepts.
• Knowledge of AI governance concepts and responsible AI principles.
• Experience delivering training and communications.
• Experience supporting governance councils and cross-functional groups.
• Experience with data catalogs, glossaries, and data inventories.
• Certifications such as CDMP, PMP, CISA or CIPM are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance planning including charters, roadmaps, operating models.
• Define scope, ownership, roles, responsibilities and engagement processes.
• Identify data needs, data quality risks, and opportunities for data sharing.
• Conduct maturity assessments and develop practical work plans.
• Translate complex governance concepts into plain-language guidance.
• Promote core data governance elements: Organization, Policies, Procedures, Definitions, Architecture, Admin/Controls, Metrics, Audits.
• Complete governance artifacts: RACI charts, glossaries, data dictionaries, inventories, logs, mappings.
• Coordinate with privacy, security, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate governance meetings and workshops; prepare materials and logs.
• Support change management, adoption messaging, and training development.
• Produce executive-ready written materials.
