- Lead triage of data-related defects; drive resolution planning and root cause analysis
- Support end-to-end data visibility across development, testing, and production workflows
- Define and implement data quality KPIs, source-to-target mappings, and data contracts
- Contribute to test planning and validation efforts with a focus on data completeness and quality
- Build dashboards and reports to provide transparency into production health and readiness
- Partner with analytics and business teams to define data strategy roadmap in alignment with campaign and product strategies
- Define and support the rollout of quality enforcement mechanisms
- Provide input into cutover planning, go/no-go criteria, and readiness documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years in data leadership, data governance, or analytics operations roles
- Strong experience with data triage, quality management, and cross-system coordination
- Proven ability to implement and enforce standards across large delivery environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes delivery environments with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Must have strong Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Familiarity with QA and UAT processes, including data dependencies and test coverage
- Understanding of production data monitoring, reporting, and incident management
- Experience with metadata management and data cataloging tools
