Qualifications

• 6+ years in a data-related field, bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing multi-workstream delivery.
• Advanced SQL for data exploration, profiling, and reconciliation.
• Hands-on data testing with documented criteria and evidence.
• 5+ years in data management/governance with cloud platforms and big data tech.
• Experience developing roadmaps and cloud-based data lake/warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement data strategies and data product plans to support operations and strategy.
• Provide SME on data content, meaning, and metadata governance.
• Define critical data scope and document it with metadata for control.
• Coordinate with analytics teams to meet data quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Lead data publishing initiatives to improve insights while ensuring standards and controls.
• Manage staff and resources, track KPIs, and mitigate risks in data delivery lifecycle.
• Use SQL and data tooling to test, validate, and reconcile data across datasets.
