Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in program management, governance, or compliance.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business workstreams.
• Experience with unstructured data governance and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT Data Governance and IM program; define strategy and roadmap.
• Establish governance model, roles, decision forums, and escalation paths.
• Drive adoption of standards for document handling, retention labeling, and sharing.
• Partner with business leaders to assess practices, gaps, remediation, and compliance progress.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Privacy, and Internal Audit to meet obligations.
• Oversee playbooks for data discovery, audit response, tabletop exercises, and preparedness.
