We need someone with 5+ years experience, a background in data management, and a Python, Linux, and Collibra background.

Day to Day:

• Develop and enhance strategic Data Management capabilities using Python and REST API integrations with Collibra.
• Design, develop, and maintain database solutions supporting enterprise data governance initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
• Support implementation and monitoring of data quality controls and metrics.
• Analyze data issues, identify root causes, and drive remediation efforts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, development planning, testing, and production support activities.
• Contribute to future modernization initiatives, includingmigration of data management solutions to cloud platforms.

Tech Stack/Skills:

• Python development with REST API integration
• Advanced SQL and relational database design
• Data governance platform experience, preferably Collibra Data Governance Center
• Agile software development experience, Scrum or Kanban
• Experience with AutoSys job scheduling
• Linux/Unix expertise, sound knowledge of the command line interface
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data requirements.
• Experience designing, modeling, and implementing relational databases.
