  • Drive the implementation and adoption of data governance platforms and tools to support governance workflows and automation

  • Facilitate data quality issue resolution through root cause analysis, remediation planning, and ongoing monitoring

  • Support operational teams by providing guidance on data standards and assisting in the resolution of data quality gaps

  • Track, report, and communicate data governance metrics, risks, and progress to executive stakeholders

  • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry best practices, continuously evolving the governance program to meet emerging needs

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • You embody our values, promote data accountability, and lead with a collaborative mindset

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in data governance, information management, business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • You bring 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data quality, or enterprise information management

  • You have demonstrated experience with data governance frameworks, data stewardship models, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)

  • You’re proficient with governance tools and technologies, such as Collibra, Informatica, Alation, or equivalent platforms

  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration, translating technical data governance practices into actionable guidance for business partners

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

BONUS POINTS
  • You hold certifications such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or DGSP (Data Governance & Stewardship Professional)
