ABOUT THIS POSITION Job Description Summary We’re looking for a Data Enablement + Governance Manager to lead and mature our enterprise-wide data governance strategy and practices. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our data is accurate, secure, and used responsibly across the organization. You’ll drive initiatives that establish and reinforce data standards, compliance protocols, and a strong culture of data stewardship. You will be responsible for developing and managing governance frameworks, partnering with cross‑functional teams to define policies and accountability models, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal data quality requirements. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed, data‑driven decisions by maintaining the integrity, consistency, and trustworthiness of our operational and analytical data assets. The ideal candidate has deep experience in data governance, a strong understanding of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), and the ability to lead enterprise‑wide initiatives. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection of data strategy, collaboration, and regulatory rigor.
