What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of the Collibra platform
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across complex data landscapes
- Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to align governance initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional data governance teams and develop strategies to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Ensure regulatory compliance through robust data management practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar
- OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, or similar
- Experience in data governance, data management, or related roles focusing on leading data governance projects and initiatives
- Advanced knowledge of data profiling techniques, master data management, data cataloging, and metadata management
- Experience in data quality assessment, data remediation strategies, and data governance maturity assessments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Collibra Ranger profile is a must
- 10 years of data management experience, with at least 5 years in Data Governance experience working with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms (SQL, Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with Java or Python for custom software implementations in Enterprise Linux or Unix environments
- Strongly skilled in developing functional specifications, technical specifications, and test specifications
