What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Assist clients in designing, developing, and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, processes, and standards
2. Support the development of data governance practices and data cataloging to maintain data standards and quality
3. Help clients develop and maintain data quality management processes
4. Monitor and assess compliance with data governance policies for clients
5. Assist in developing and documenting data governance metrics and monitoring data quality

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance and data management
3. Experience supporting data governance, management, quality, and stewardship programs for government agencies
4. Proficiency with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Atacama, OvalEdge, etc.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments

1. Experience working with federal agencies in a consulting capacity
2. Familiarity with data quality management processes
3. Knowledge of data risk and control identification and assessment
