Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support the Data Governance Manager in creating and implementing robust governance policies, standards, and practices. You will help ensure data quality, integrity, and security to support data-driven decisions and regulatory compliance.

This in-office role is based in our Raleigh, NC office and does not offer remote work. You will collaborate across business and IT to drive data governance initiatives and promote a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional data/operations experience.
• Experience creating and formatting Excel spreadsheets.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders; strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Data Governance Manager with development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and practices.
• Assist with metadata upkeep and data management activities across the organization.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to understand user needs and prioritize software enhancements.
• Help implement governance framework, data quality metrics, and compliance with regulations.
