Job description

A well-established and highly respected company is seeking a Data Governance Analyst I to join their Data Warehouse team. This is a 12-month contract role with no immediate plans for conversion, but potential for future opportunities within the organization.
As a Data Governance Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vehicle identification number (VIN) data shared with third parties. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, using your attention to detail and technical skills to support data quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

* Verify the accuracy of VIN data sent to third-party partners
* Review and validate VIN reports received from external sources
* Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
* Run and modify basic SQL queries to support data validation
* Manually transmit data when automated processes fail
Top Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree (required)
* Basic experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications
* Familiarity with data manipulation, CSV/XML files, and/or SQL is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
* Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
* Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
