Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Data Governance Analyst for an on-site contract role in Addison, Texas. You will develop and deliver complex data governance requirements, ensure compliance standards, and code solutions with robust interfaces for integration into applications.

The role requires 3-5 years of data management/governance experience and strong PostgreSQL skills. You will collaborate across teams to improve data platforms and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in data management, data analytics, and/or governance required.
• Experience with PostgreSQL strongly preferred; proficiency in data analysis and data management required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver complex requirements to meet business goals.
• Ensure software development meets functional, non-functional, and compliance standards.
• Code solutions, conduct unit tests, and ensure successful system integration.
• Collaborate with teams to improve the developer experience and advance technology platforms.
• Reduce risk and improve quality by aligning with enterprise architecture strategy.
• Drive accessibility of applications for teammates and customers.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend remediation for data governance and quality issues.
• Design and recommend governance structures and control frameworks for data management.
