Job summary

Empower Retirement is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support enterprise data governance through hands-on work with metadata, lineage, data quality, data ownership, and stewardship. You will collaborate with data and business stakeholders to improve reliability and consistency of governed data and reporting, with ramp-up expected compared with Senior roles.

Two to four years of experience in data governance or related work, SQL proficiency, and knowledge of governance concepts are required.

The Data Governance Analyst supports enterprise data governance through hands-on work involving metadata, lineage, data quality, data ownership, and stewardship. The role works with both data and business stakeholders to help improve the reliability and consistency of governed data and reporting, with additional ramp-up and guidance expected compared with the Senior and Lead levels.

Base Salary Range

$79,400.00 - $112,175.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
