Job description

Primary Responsibilities – Data Governance

As a member of the Legal and Compliance Division (LCD) Divisional Data Office, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the implementation of the data governance framework by partnering closely with business, technology, and the central Data Governance Office
  • Guide key stakeholders in adopting data governance best practices and promote standardization across functional areas
  • Manage a portfolio of prioritized data initiatives and strategic projects led by the LCD Divisional Data Office
  • Track and oversee remediation of data-related issues across the division
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline program processes
Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a data-related role
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive initiatives forward independently
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and balance daily deliverables alongside strategic initiatives
  • Solid understanding of data governance principles and issue management processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams
