• Bridge Gaps & Silos: align multiple solutions and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Mitigate Risk: proactively manage risks to avoid delays and bad decisions.
• Cultural transformation and adoption: lead data governance and self-service adoption.
• Technical Debt & Modernization: coordinate legacy deprecation and modernization efforts.
• Operational Artifacts: maintain RAID logs, dashboards, roadmaps.
