Retail Organization is seeking a Data Experience Designer to support the discovery and definition of data products, focusing on how users consume data, insights, and analytics.

You will bridge user needs with technical implementation, translating discovery insights into design artifacts that guide product teams from concept through refinement, and may pair with Client's team to inform longer-term capability development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in UX/product design, preferably with data/BI context.
• Ability to produce low-fidelity wireframes and journey maps.
• Experience facilitating user discovery sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery and definition of data products focusing on the consumer UX.
• Bridge user needs with technical implementation.
• Create low-fidelity wireframes and visual guidance.
• Document reusable UX patterns for dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, analytics teams.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and business priorities.
• Pair with Client's team to inform longer-term design capability.
