Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in public health, community development, or related field.
• Minimum three years creating and implementing evaluation strategies including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
• Experience analyzing data and producing reports from available datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evaluation and quality improvement strategies, tools, and data collection plans.
• Incorporate data/evaluation findings into program planning, reporting, and staff meetings.
• Stay current with public health research and evaluation trends and practices.
• Provide program reports for managers and senior leadership; assist with data interpretation.
• Ensure data integrity through monthly, quarterly, and annual checks and resolve data entry issues.
• Train and support staff on evaluation processes and data management.
• Lead data collection coordination and reporting among staff; orient new team members.
