Job summary

On-Demand Group is rebuilding and modernizing hundreds of reporting data flows across regulatory, operational, audit, and healthcare domains. You will design and optimize ETL pipelines, write SQL, and ensure accurate data movement through migration stages.

Ideal candidates bring strong SQL, Snowflake expertise, and a solid understanding of data lineage, with experience in Informatica/Databricks and Python or Scala.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL experience across large datasets.

This team is rebuilding and modernizing hundreds of reporting data flows across regulatory, operational, audit, and healthcare reporting workstreams.

What You’ll Do

• Build and enhance ETL/data pipelines supporting a complex platform migration
• Develop SQL and transformation logic across large datasets
• Perform source-to-target mapping and support data movement between environments
• Trace and understand data lineage across systems
• Support reporting data as it moves through multiple migration stages
• Partner with Data & Analytics, BA, QA, and reporting teams to validate data and resolve issues
• Leverage modern AI coding tools, including ChatGPT/Codex, to accelerate development and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For

• Strong, hands-on SQL
• Snowflake experience
• Strong understanding of data lineage
• Source-to-target mapping experience
• Experience with Informatica and/or Databricks, Python, or Scala
• Ability to learn and effectively use AI-assisted development tools
• Healthcare data experience is helpful, but strong technical depth is more important

Location

Minneapolis–St. Paul area candidates are preferred, with occasional onsite collaboration. Remote candidates may also be considered.

The projected hourly range for this position is $75 to 90 an hour_.
