Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter and update data in designated databases and systems.
* Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy prior to entry.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Assist in the organization and management of electronic records.
* Generate reports as required and ensure data integrity.
* Collaborate with team members to address data discrepancies and resolve issues.
* Perform routine quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
* Stay informed of updates and changes in data management procedures.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
* Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
* Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute and high accuracy.
* Familiarity with database management systems and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation: From $25 to $35 per hour.
