A data services company is seeking a Data Entry Support Specialist to efficiently capture, verify, and maintain data. Responsibilities include updating internal systems and ensuring data quality. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, proficiency in Excel, and prior experience in data entry. The Data Entry Support Specialist will efficiently and accurately capture, verify, and maintain data in our systems to support operations, accounting, and logistics. You will be a key part of ensuring data quality and timely deliverables.
Enter, update, and maintain data (invoices, logs, forms, equipment records) into internal systems
Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; correct errors or escalate issues
Assist with reconciliation of records and reporting on data discrepancies
Support internal teams by supplying data and generating simple reports
Adhere to deadlines and performance metrics for accuracy and throughput
High school diploma or equivalent; additional clerical/data certification a plus
Prior experience in data entry or administrative support role
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) or analogous tools
Good written and verbal communication
