Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented data entry professional for the third shift.

You will enter patient, client, billing, and test information into the Laboratory Information System and support daily lab operations. You will work in a regulated environment with PPE and PHI handling, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with a friendly team to ensure timely, accurate results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.

This opportunity is full-time during third shift.

In This Role, You Will

• Responsible for entering patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions
• Work in a laboratory environment with biological hazards and PPE requirements.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All You Need Is

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, centrifuges, and audible alarms.

• 1 - 2 years of related experience in clinical laboratory, data entry, or production
