Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to enter patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System. The role requires typing at 8,000 keystrokes per hour and excellent computer skills.

Accuracy is critical as the backbone of all laboratory operations. This is a part-time on-site position in Hicksville, NY with 25 weekly hours. Training and a supportive team environment are provided, with opportunities to grow within the laboratory

Qualifications

• Must be able to type 8000 keystrokes/hour.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System.
• Information is typed or accepted through electronic interfaces.
• Maintain high accuracy as the foundation of all laboratory operations.
