Job summary

Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. in Hicksville, NY is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for the 10:30pm–7:00am shift.

This full-time role requires entering patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System with high accuracy, while supporting lab operations and billing processes. You must type at least 8,000 keystrokes per hour, have excellent computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.

LOCATION: 250 Miller Place, Hicksville, NY 11801

HOURS: 10:30pm - 7:00am; Monday to Friday w/alternating weekends

FULL TIME: Benefits Eligible

HOURLY RATE: $19.00/hr

In This Role You Will

• Data Entry Specialists are responsible for entering patient, client, billing and test information into the Laboratory Information System.
• Information is either typed or accepted through electronic interfaces.
• Accuracy in this process is critical as it is the fundamental process upon which all laboratory operations are based (testing, reporting, billing, etc…)
• Key strokes per hour 8,000
