Nameplate Manufacturers of America, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to accurately transfer information into our database system. You will verify data, update and enter new information, and create spreadsheets while performing general administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is a fast, accurate typist with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of supporting day-to-day office operations.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous data-entry experience preferred.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of databases.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Transfer information into the database system using keyboard, scanners, or other devices.
• Collect information from customers and input into the database.
• Create accurate spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
• Verify data accuracy by comparing to original documents.
• Create reports or retrieve data from the database.
• Back up data regularly.
• Maintain organized filing of original documents.
• Handle general office duties such as phones and filing.
