About the Role:

We are excited to partner with our client in their search for a Data Entry Specialist to join their growing team. This fully remote position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility while allowing you to play a key role in managing and processing critical data that supports healthcare and pharmaceutical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain data across various systems, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Process and organize incoming correspondence, including mail and faxed documents, to ensure timely distribution to the appropriate teams.
  • Conduct research to verify payer and insurance details while managing territory assignments.
  • Assist with inbound call volume as needed, ensuring exceptional service to clients and internal teams.
  • Generate and distribute daily reports, supporting business operations and decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive patient and business data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve data management processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a administrative position.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to process and manage large volumes of data with accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer applications, data management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization & Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-Oriented & Independent: Works well in both team-based and remote work settings, taking initiative when needed.
