Overview

Join a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through precise data management. As a Data Entry Rep, you’ll play a key role in handling intraocular lens (IOL) implant data and supporting clinical operations by managing Patient Reply Cards (PRCs). This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow in a healthcare-related data environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and verify PRC data using SAP and internal databases
  • Process incoming mail and coordinate with vendors for scanning and shipping
  • Maintain organized spreadsheets and performance databases for monthly reporting
  • Support the PRC Billing Team with reporting and invoice processing
  • Audit and batch PRC cards, identifying issues before data entry
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies
What You’ll Bring
