• Verify bid sheet completeness before order entry.
• Evaluate production traveler for cost verification and scheduling.
• Update computer records for shipped quantities.
• Print and distribute orders and travelers to departments.
• Provide warehouse paperwork to Shipping and Quality.
• Verify customer purchase order instructions.
• Coordinate in-house and customer change orders.
• Follow up on changes and paperwork.
• Maintain a listing of orders on hold.
• Keep desk manuals current.
