Job summary

Health Research, Inc. is seeking a Clerk II to support the Wadsworth Center CLIMS Data Entry & Reporting Unit. Responsibilities include data verification, imaging and reporting tasks, and assisting with CLIMS system modernization efforts.

The role requires an associates degree (or 2 years related experience) and familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Eligible candidates must reside near the NY area and be able to work onsite or hybrid as determined by the department.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two years of related administrative experience required.
• Data entry experience and clerical experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the CLIMS Data Entry & Reporting Unit.
• Review and verify data entry demographics and testing information.
• Enter new facilities and submitters into the database; perform file validation.
