Job summary

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking a Data Entry Processor in Irving, TX for a part-time 20-hour workweek. You will enter claims into a database accurately and on time, then organize and file documents as needed.

You will support the Mailroom and other departments with production standards and special projects. The role requires 0–1+ years in a related setting, a high school diploma or GED, and strong accuracy with the ability to adapt to new procedures while communicating effectively with

• 0-1+ years related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Data entry experience in a healthcare office environment on a computerized claims system preferred.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines and perform with high degree of accuracy.
• Be able to adapt to new procedures and opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.

• Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 11:00am Central Time required
• Part-time position (20 hours per week)
• In office at 6535 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75063

What is your impact?

The Data Entry Processor operates in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for data entry of claims data.

What Will You Be Doing:

• Enters claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner
• Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data
• Meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to Mailroom in opening, printing and sorting mail, assists other departments and special projects for the department as needed
• Assists with special projects for the department as needed.

General Physical Demands
