Job summary

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, seeks a Data Entry Processor in Irving, TX to join our in-office team. This part-time role (20 hours/week) supports the claims workflow by entering claims data accurately in a database system.

You will sort and file paperwork after entry, assist with mail operations, and collaborate with coworkers and management to meet production standards. Previous healthcare data entry experience is preferred, but strong accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• 0-1+ years related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Data entry experience in a healthcare office environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently within guidelines and perform with high degree of accuracy
• Be able to adapt to new procedures and opportunities
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management

Key position details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 11:00am Central Time required
• Part-time position (20 hours per week)
• In office at 6535 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75063

What is your impact?

The Data Entry Processor operates in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for data entry of claims data.

What Will You Be Doing:

• Enters claims into a database system accurately and in a timely manner
• Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data
• Meets or exceeds qualitative and quantitative production standards, providing support to Mailroom in opening, printing and sorting mail, assists other departments and special projects for the department as needed
• Assists with special projects for the department as needed.

General Physical Demands
