Overview

We are seeking an inside sales associate to become an integral part of our team! You will compile accounting data, provide quotes, enter pricing of product, process orders, provide order confirmation and ship dates.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate costs of goods and services
  • Track and provide delivery dates for customers
  • Provide Quotes to customers
  • Process Checks/Invoices and Payment info
  • Perform all other office tasks related to order processing and quotes
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, order entry, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry. Utilizing Windows based software. Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Epicor Software. Must be a typist
  • Knowledge of standard quoting and order procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience with typing, utilizing supplier websites for pricing and delivery
  • Experience with data entry into business order system including item pricing, lead-times, quotes, orders, stock check and other office duties
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office products
About the role

As a small business, we need a good worker who can do several jobs. This job involves data entry into our business order system including item pricing, lead-times, quotes, orders, stock check and other office duties. Office hours are 8-5 M-F.
