Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking an entry-level data verification and entry role in the United States, with remote training and the potential for remote work options. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to data handling standards.

Candidates should be a U.S. citizen and ready to complete a short-term remote training period, followed by participation in assessments and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Commitment to up to three weeks of full time remote training.
• Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at home hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet scheduled deadlines.
• Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments and meet department metrics.
• High Speed Internet capability.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Verifies data from source documents according to established procedures and rules.
• Verifies data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules and edits to make corrections, additions or deletions as appropriate.
• Searches entire application while assembling file in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines.
• Complete timesheets on a weekly basis.
• Follows standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements.
• Performs other job related duties as required.
• Works with clearly defined procedures
• Acquires basic skills to perform routine task
• Entry-level business support or operation role.
• No prior training or related work experience required

Base pay range

$50,300.00/yr - $70,600.00/yr
