Job summary

You will input data into Excel files using SAP, Outlook, and internet sources, maintain data integrity, and strive to meet target goals set by your supervisor in a typical office or work-from-home setup with internet access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with internet and basic computer data entry skills.
• Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Basic keyboarding skills.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects data from shippers import websites and inserts into designated files.
• Enters data from 7501 and Commercial Invoice into an Excel file.
• Maintains data integrity with its corresponding line/fields.
• Look to achieve target goals established by supervisor.
• Performs other related duties.
