A workforce solutions company is seeking Document Coders in Austin, Texas. This role involves reviewing litigation documents and entering key information into an electronic database. Candidates should have good computer literacy, typing skills, and attention to detail. The job requires teamwork and the ability to follow instructions. Physical requirements include occasional lifting of boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.

Document coding is complex data entry. Document coders review documents that comprise the evidence for large litigation cases. Coders identify key information from each document such as author, date, title, etc. This information is then entered into the computer system to create an electronic database. Coders are responsible for entering information accurately and efficiently as instructed.
Work performance targets for both quality and quantity are established for each project and coders are expected to reach or exceed these targets within a reasonable time.
