Job description

We are looking for someone who is motivated, thrives in a business atmosphere, and enjoys working as a part of a team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, focused, organized, and able to provide superior customer service.

Minimum Requirements
Responsibilities:
  1. Processing a high volume of orders daily with understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer.
  2. Reviewing orders for accuracy.
  3. Providing customers with timely responses regarding order status, tracking, and inquiries.
  4. Managing online customer orders and data via EDI portals.
  5. Generating reports for sales and production teams.
  6. Communicating regularly with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Invoicing orders daily, weekly, and as needed.
  8. Supporting sales and marketing teams as required.
  9. Handling general office duties, including task rotation within the department as needed.
Requirements
  1. Proficiency and proven experience in data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.
  2. Experience with ERP software.
  3. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  6. Experience in customer service and order processing preferred.
  7. Ability to work in person in an office setting, involving sitting, standing, walking, answering phones, using computers, and lifting office boxes.
  8. Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal instructions.
  9. Compliance with health guidelines, including mask requirements in common areas if applicable.
  10. Use of browser-based time clock for clocking in/out.
  11. Adherence to attendance, drug, alcohol, and communication policies.
