Minimum Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Processing a high volume of orders daily with understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer.
- Reviewing orders for accuracy.
- Providing customers with timely responses regarding order status, tracking, and inquiries.
- Managing online customer orders and data via EDI portals.
- Generating reports for sales and production teams.
- Communicating regularly with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Invoicing orders daily, weekly, and as needed.
- Supporting sales and marketing teams as required.
- Handling general office duties, including task rotation within the department as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency and proven experience in data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.
- Experience with ERP software.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Experience in customer service and order processing preferred.
- Ability to work in person in an office setting, involving sitting, standing, walking, answering phones, using computers, and lifting office boxes.
- Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal instructions.
- Compliance with health guidelines, including mask requirements in common areas if applicable.
- Use of browser-based time clock for clocking in/out.
- Adherence to attendance, drug, alcohol, and communication policies.
