Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining employee records within the company’s software system. This role involves auditing existing personnel files for completeness and compliance, organizing and digitizing physical documents, and ensuring data integrity throughout the process. The clerk will assist with document scanning, indexing, and electronic filing, while collaborating with the HR team to support timely and accurate data migration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to high-quality data management.

Work Environment
This position is based in a professional office setting in Spokane, WA, working onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The role involves close collaboration with the HR team and may require occasional lifting or organizing of physical files.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
