Job description

We are currently hiring a remote Charge Entry Clerk for a leading Healthcare company in Colorado. Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday, from 7/8 am to 4/5 pm MST, with reliable internet and a quiet workspace. Applicants MUST reside in Colorado.

Description

1. Enter high volumes of data (patient demographics, etc.) into internal systems.
2. Support various data entry projects for the RCM team.
3. Work daily in Google Sheets (Excel) and EMR systems.
4. Use multiple screens and navigate quickly between systems.
5. Receive patient information from Excel files.
6. Input patient data into billing software to generate accurate payment requirements.

Qualifications

MUST:

1. Have at least 1 year of high-volume data entry experience with proven speed and accuracy.
2. Have at least 1 year of experience in Claims and Charge Entry within a healthcare setting.
3. Be tech-savvy, experienced with multiple systems simultaneously, and comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite.
4. Be capable of setting up and managing own systems remotely from home.
5. Demonstrate strong typing skills, at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $20.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment classification and duration, and benefits may change. Available benefits include:
