Job Title: Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry II

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Bellevue, WA , 98006

Pay Rate: $21.86/hr

Summary:

  • The manager is looking for candidates with experience managing mail (whether incoming or outgoing) and being very organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position supports business licensing among retail locations.
  • Pull data from jurisdiction websites and other sources and enter the database.
  • Submit license applications as necessary.

What does a typical day look like?

  • Complete data entry work such as looking up jurisdiction requirements on city/county/state websites and entering the system.
  • Will support in submitting applications to jurisdictions or replying with requests for information from stores.

Preferred background/prior work experience?

  • Experience with business licensing or other regulatory experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate a laptop efficiently.
  • Skilled in accurate data entry into various systems.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formatting, simple formulas).

Priority soft skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
  • Capable of identifying and solving problems as needed.

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years relevant experience required.
