Job summary

Flowers Early Learning is seeking a Data Entry Assistant to accurately enter and maintain agency data, including In-Kind donations and CHIMP volunteer info. The role provides essential administrative support to keep operations organized and efficient.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. The position is full-time and hourly, with schedule and pay scale described above.

Position Summary: The Data Entry Assistant is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining agency data, including In-Kind donations and CHIMP volunteer information. This position provides administrative support by ensuring data is recorded in a timely and organized manner and completing additional duties as assigned by the Director, Administrative Staff, or Supervisor to support the organization’s daily operations.

Job Type:Full Time, Year-Round (12-months),Non-Exempt, Hourly

Expected Schedule: Monday – Friday; 40 hours per week (August-May) and 35 hours per week (June-July). Internship hours vary for class participation.

Rate of Pay: HS: $15.71 /hr. AA: $17.84 /hr. BA or Higher: $19.24 /hr.

Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent

All candidates must be age 18 or older, possess a valid driver’s license and their own reliable transportation, complete a physical examination, comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen including a negative result for Amphetamines, Cannabinoids (including Marijuana/THC), Cocaine, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (PCP). Marijuana is not legal at the federal level and is prohibited in the workplace or in one's system, even if legally prescribed.
