Tasks:

  • Maintain and update candidate and client records in our ATS/CRM systems
  • Conduct online research to identify potential candidates, companies, and industry trends
  • Verify and source contact information including LinkedIn profiles, emails, and phone numbers
  • Clean and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Assist in preparing candidate reports and sourcing lists
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to support sourcing and outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, research, recruiting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms is a plus
