What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the remediation of technical incidents and data quality issues as directed by the Manager of Tech Support
- Perform initial triage of incidents, gathering relevant information to aid in swift resolution
- Utilize ServiceNow to log and track incidents, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
- Collaborate with team members to learn best practices in data engineering and incident management
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 6+ months of experience with IT support processes and familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow or similar
- 3+ months of experience with AWS or any other cloud infrastructure support
- 3+ months of experience with MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work on weekends or on calls when required
