In this hybrid role, you will design and manage end-to-end ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, build a robust Data Lake on AWS, and lead data modeling for commercial life sciences datasets. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience with Snowflake. Data Engineering - Solution Architect Onshore , NJ - Hybrid role.

Role: Solution Architect - Commercial Data Lake (Europe CDL)

• Design and manage end-to-end ETL pipelines using AWS Glue following Lakehouse and Medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) architecture.
• Build and maintain a Data Lake on AWS, integrating data from various sources, with Snowflake as the analytical warehouse.
• Lead data modeling and transformations for commercial life sciences datasets, including Sales, CRM, HCP/HCO, Address, and Affiliation data.
• Define integration architecture and data mappings with Reltio MDM, including mastering rules, inbound/outbound data flows, and ID propagation (in collaboration with Reltio specialists).
• Drive data standardization, enrichment, and quality controls to support trusted analytics and downstream consumption.
• Design curated Gold-layer datasets and KPIs to power dashboards and business reporting.
• Partner with business and analytics teams to translate commercial data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and support for data governance, scalability, and performance.
