Job summary
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/Project Manager to drive product backlog, prioritization, and sprint planning. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and within budget, while shaping the product vision and roadmap.
This role requires strong Agile experience and proficiency with Azure DevOps. Based in Dallas, TX, the position emphasizes collaboration, data-oriented decision making, and continuous improvement within a dynamic environment at
Qualifications
- 5+ years direct product ownership with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of data ingestion, data ontology, and data quality framework is preferred.
- Experience using Azure DevOps is REQUIRED.
- PMP certification (Nice to Have) and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
Responsibilities
- Manage Product Backlog and prioritize features with the Scrum Team.
- Oversee planning and execution of project work to meet scope, time, and budget objectives.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team and Technical Product Management to align priorities and deliverables.
- Create and maintain project schedules using PM tools and techniques.
