Job summary

Ally is seeking a Manager - Data Analytics to lead a team of data technologies developers within Ally's data platforms space. The role focuses on delivering cloud-based data solutions, data ingestion, quality checks, and governance—supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI use cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL, Python, data modeling, and experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, DynamoDB).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in data management and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Experience with data warehousing design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analytics developers and analysts on SDLC tasks.
• Perform technical analysis of interfaces, files, databases and reports.
• Gather requirements and create technical specifications.
