Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years in software development with leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with data pipelines, data warehousing, and data modeling.
• Strong technical background in data engineering and cloud platforms (Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers to promote collaboration and excellence.
• Design robust data architectures and pipelines to support analytics and BI while following security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee data quality management across systems and ensure data reliability.
